I just wanted to say how your blog has done more for me in the minutes I’ve been reading in than weeks reading books and looking around the net.
I’m 15 weeks pregnant and after a cvs test know that we are expecting a boy who has downs syndrome. We are fine about it as a family but cant find any onformation that is just ‘normal’ until I stumbled across your blog. Wes is gorgeous and I hope my little boy is just like him!
We just feel overwhelmed by the medical stuff, developmental issues, possible complications, peoples sympathy (or pity) our excitement about having a baby boy to add to our family is being lost under the ‘diagnosis’.
